Multi grain rolls (Sat 07.11).

Multi grain rolls (Sat 07.11).

Ingredients:

  • 700 g bread flour
  • 600 gr multi grain (wheat , rye, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, barley)
  • 9 gr  salt
  • 40 gr  butter
  • 42 gr fresh yeast
  • 620 gr water

1. (Sat 08:00) Mix both flours, the salt and  the butter. Add the water and the yeast, mix in the bowl till combined. Knead for 5 minutes. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.

2. (Sat 08:40) When the dough has risen divide in 40 gr balls, round and put on a buttered plate. Flatten each ball and divide in 2 halves.

Leave to rise for about one hour (or until doubled).

3. (Sat 9:40) Bake for 22 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 C.
