Simple yeast pancakes.
- 500 g flour
- pinch salt
- 75 g sugar
- 500 g milk
- 20 g yeast
- 3 small eggs.
1. Mix flour,salt,sugar in a bowl.
Crumble the yeast with some of the flour. Add the milk while mixing.
Stirr well till all lumps have diappeared. Add the eggs and mix well.
Leave to rise for about 1 hour.
2. Result is a foamy, light batter.
Bake each pancake in a hot pan. (grease lightly only for the first pancake)
turn them around if the top becomes ‘dry’ and the edges start to brown.
The last one
