Fast bread (Fri 19.02)

Not much time so a fast bread (similar to Grant loaf but other flour).


  • 700 g organic flour (T150)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 15 g fresh yeast
  • 580 g water
  • 1 tablespoon honey.

1. Mix the flour and salt. Crumble in the yeast, add the water, honey.

Mix with a spoon or hands to a batter consistency.

Put the dough in a greased tin; the tin should be about 2/3 filled.

Leave to rise until the dough reaches the top of the tin (1 hour).

2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 35 – 40 minutes.

Leave to cool on a wire rack.
